Her Journey

Ivette is a recovering perfectionist and corporate veteran with a 15+ year career in B2B sales. She consistently ranked in the top 5% nationally in the pharmaceutical and tradeshow industries—earning six figures part-time—before hitting a wall. At age 40, burnout forced her to reassess everything. That moment became a turning point.

She realized the same mindset that fueled her success was silently sabotaging her well-being—and saw the same pattern in high-performing teams across industries.
